"Hotel well located, if you need to be in Miami Lakes, immediate adjacent to boutiques, restaurants and bars. Supermarket on walking distance. Amenities are sufficient and clean. Large property with plenty of parking space. The rooms itself are below the standard of the rest of the property, as they haven't seen a renovation or update in many years. Bathrooms are basic from the 90's. The condition of the rooms is unfortunate as it gives the hotel more a motel feel. Breakfast is served in the internal restaurant, which is typical with eggs, potatoes and a daily rotations of some kind of processed sausage. In addition, options for toast, waffles and fruit. It could benefit from better pastry quality, actual yogurt, more spread options and/or cold cuts. In it's current condition I would not recommend this for a business traveler. Once the rooms are improved, the local businesses have a go-to address as there is not much in the wider area for them to stay."

"The room was so tiny you could not walk around the bed. So the person on the far side of the bed had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. The room in general was very well laid out. But super super tiny, it was a very little room for anything. It was generally smaller than a cabin on a cruise ship.. There's no sink in the bathroom. The sink is in the main room. A filmy curtain closes off the shower area. Otherwise, the shower is translucent, and a person can be seen inside the shower from outside the shower. High-priced. And you even had to pay for your coffee. No shuttle and generally no other amenities. Breakfast is an extra $25 per person."

"The main reason I stayed here is because they have a 24 hr Shuttle to the airport. I had an early flight so I had to be at the airport at 4 AM. Apparently is a big plus because when I was looking at other hotels near the airport most of their service starts at 6AM until 11 PM. The room was ok, I had a ground level room so it was across the trash dumpsters, The room had many flies that I had to take care of John Wick style. ( I used a towel ) Some of the furniture was a bit old, but hey I just needed a room to spend the night and catch my early flight. Something that I really liked was the view from the restaurant they have in the 9th floor. Food is ok too, not that amazing but something to have to not go hungry. Overlooking at downtown Miami and the airport, I thought that was pretty cool. So definitely some pros and cons but overall an ok place to spend the night. They also have a car rental place in the lobby, I can't remember the name but I think that's a plus too if you want to grab a rental to explore the city for a bit. Staff was very friendly and attentive, everything was taken care of quickly. I would stay again if need be but next time please hold the flies!"
