"좋았습니다 전반적으로! 처음에 응대 했던 직원이 약간 어리숙하게 응대를 해서 기분이 좋지 않았지만 전반적으로 직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만 1가지 아쉬운 점은 뭔가 저희가 알아서 알고 있어야 호텔을 완벽하게 즐길 수 있다는 점은 아쉬움 으로 남습니다."
