"It was the stay from Hell. We arrived around 8pm tired and we got to the room the AC said 60 degrees but it Horribly HOT. The room Smelled Musty, like the ac had not worked for days. Went to the front desk and after the receptionist trying to get us someone to fix the AC, and we insisted in getting a new room so we could showered & rest. The new room the AC was cool and we went to bed. At 3;00 AM the Smoke Alarm started to Beep Loudly, went to call downstairs the Phone was broken. Finally the evening Manager came, who told us you Could hear the Alarm all the way to the elevator, Imagine how loud it was in the room. After he disconnected it, He mentioned how warm it was in the room, and decided to lower the ac all the way to 65 degrees to give it a boost. He advised us to communicate with the manager, Neil in the morning and let him know All We Had Gone Through. We left at 11;00 am and till Today, 5 Days After Our DEPARTURE HE STILL HAS NOT CALL!!! Our Stay There Was Not Bad LUCK, It’s a Failure from Management to Maintenance. Too Many Hotels Available Near I-75 to have to Settle & Stay There "
