"One of my family’s best stays. Ever. Unfortunately it was only an overnight trip, but we will definitely be coming back to this location. The staff at the front desk really stood out for me, they were very helpful and very friendly. The room we had was probably the best among the budget hotels we’ve stayed in. It was spacious and smelled clean. I like the fact that it was only carpeted by the entrance of the room and had no carpet around at the main bedroom area where in mildew, moisture and germs and other undesirable foreign matter could hide or germinate. The bathroom was big enough and not cramped. The lighting was perfect and live the big windows. The place had ample parking and was well lit where we parked at. Overall, this felt like a five star hotel in the budget category with absolutely five star customer service. "

From the moment we selected the house, the outstanding customer service shined through with detailed communication and a level of attentiveness above reproach. Scott was responsive to my every message and went above and beyond to ensure the accommodations were exactly what we needed and more. Fantastic communication and I cannot highlight this enough. The house was spacious, quiet, and located in a very safe and central neighborhood. From the appliances, bedding, to little details like scented plug ins and snacks for my four-legged baby; we truly had a great experience. Thank you Scott, I will sure return. "
