"Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. "

"The property itself is a great location and very clean. Close to restaurants and grocery. When we arrived the property smelled horribly of marijuana. Carpets do need cleaned. "

"Enjoyed the ease of check-in/check-out. The bike/walking path is a definite plus. Our stay was short so we didn’t get to utilize the property amenities but they appeared well cared for and enjoyable. "

"Didn't know this apartment was on the second floor. Plenty of extras for families. The only issue we had was the A/C in the master bedroom was not as cool as the rest of the house. There is really nice kitchen and washer and dryer available in the apartment. "

"Great stay! Clean apartment with nice beds in a nice location, easy walk to Old Town. Gave the access code and instructions in advance and it was easy to figure out. "

"Home was well taken care of and clean. The beds were all a little too firm for us, and the bunk beds were very low to the ground. The location was very convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. We like to cook, so found it challenging to cook with limited kitchen gear. Overall, we did love the pool and yard space. The ping-pong table was also an added treat. "

"I had a great stay at the Lux studio apartment. The area felt very safe, even when walking around at night. The Fashion Square Mall is just a short walk away, along with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed a nice walk along the nearby canal. The location was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. "
