"Only downside of this motel is 10$ parking fee and the parking lot is almost empty, bright side is right next to Scottsdale Fashion Square the largest mall in Arizona and one these top mall in the country, and close to fabulous restaurants, bars and nightclubs in Old Town Scottsdale,"

"The facility, the staff, the cleanliness and the appearance as they stated a four star. My only complaint was the mattress was really soft and well used definitely needed to be replaced. Also, when I booked the rooms, it was advertised it breakfast was included, but when I checked in, the front desk staff advised me that breakfast would be additional $11 per person which was very disappointing."

"I love the location of this property in downtown Scottsdale. It’s easily walkable to shopping and dining. I love the pool and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. I highly recommend having that to your room price. I stayed here several years ago and at that time was underwhelmed but this time I thought it was a very nice hotel, very clean, nice comfortable bed, pillow sheets, etc. we’re only there for one night but will definitely come again when we need a staycation away from the kids. The staff was super nice and friendly as well. The check-in process was quick and easy and personable and they gave us free water bottles which you need in Arizona. Not that you can’t drink the water because of course you can drink the water anywhere but the chef at the buffet was very helpful and encouraging us to order extra items that weren’t already out. He would make things fresh for us. We sat and visited and ate breakfast for a good long while. Super nice and very affordable hotel."

"Room was definitely clean, we checked in later, so there was no one at the front desk. I was able to find everything I needed in the check-in instructions. The pool was great, we were the only ones out there and it is very clean. Bring a towel. They aren’t provided. Our only complaint was that we booked two nights and they only gave us two coffee pods. It would’ve been nice if they had given us enough for our entire stay. We did book the apartment because we like to cook when we are out of town and there wasn’t a spatula or tongs or salt and pepper… It was literally just silverware a couple of pots and one tiny pan. Plates and cups too but cabinets were mostly empty. We made it work. Location is absolutely worth the stay and the place is very modern."
