Hotel Valley Ho

Hotel Valley Ho

8/10 Good
"I tried to upgrade 1 week before which was denied no upgrade options given by FD when checking in even so I had to pay more. Fridays DJ a bit offensively of music choices even so I get it was from guests requesting them (language of music not proper). Service was great inside especially Seta,so were the boys inside the bar. At the pool service? Nisha was attending as much as she could but got cut cause it was slow we had no idea who had our tab…after figuring out you just get your own stuff from the bar. I know it’s slow season but servers are expected to get tipped when I get my own stuff? Mostly at the pool they were just hanging around and not really being attentive. We would have spent more money but was not worth it to get up and get it yourself."

"Hotel was very aesthetically pleasing, someone paid a lot of attention to detail. Everything was very clean, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. The pool area had tons of seating options. Zero complaints other than food was expensive. Tons of other options within a short distance. Would stay again!"

"Room was great and so was the restaurant. Unfortunately, 100+ prevented a pool excursion. There's little they can do about the weather."
