"Check in was at 3:00, did show up at 2:30 was told to come back. Came back at 4:30 and had to wait for three people ahead of me. When it was my turn to check in was told the room was not ready yet, maybe 10 more minutes. Did not get in to a room for another hour and a half. Was told the manager would do a discount on the room, was credited back a whole $15. If you stay longer than 11:00 they will charge you $50. Doesn't seem equitable. Person at the front desk was very helpful, stated they were short staffed but the manager was not there and was at home. If you're short-staff you should be at work."

"While the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room had been cleaned, the property was in really rough shape. There was an old water leak in the ceiling just above the bed (2’ sq) that was poorly patched, the sheets and bed were reminiscent of 1973, the tops of the side table were lifted and warped, and the shower area showed mold that was covered by caulking. I had to stay near my health clinic during spring training in Scottsdale and hotels I usually stay at were booked or outrageously priced so my options were limited. Despite the nice staff I will never stay at this property again. "

"This Motel 6 has an elevator, which was really nice. It would have been nicer if we were closer to it. We were on the back side of the motel. The room was small and had 2 double beds. The bathroom was very small. It is located near the airport, but was not noisy at all. The grass had sticktites and our little dog picked up a bunch of them. We started using the gravel areas instead. As usual, this Motel 6 had very small, thin towels. The air conditioner worked very well, which was nice. "
