This is a wonderful place to stay with individual, spread-out bungalows. The staff was top rate. 2 of the pools are public – one adults only and one a family pool. The 3rd swimming pool is private for RETREAT patrons only. You don't see a lot of staff, but when we called the front desk we received anything we needed rather quickly. The food was excellent. It was a great place to stay! And very well located.

The private pool had floats, we had servers and the pool to ourselves for a whole afternoon, wow! The grounds were beautifully maintained and they greeted us with a warm welcome and a cool beverage from hello. We loved everything about our stay, it was beautiful, quiet, yet could also be social at the main pool or restaurant … and you have the backdrop of Scottddale right off campus with fabulous restaurants for variety.

Perfect stay start to finish! We have stayed at many hotels in Scottsdale and I this was definitely one of our favorites! The staff in the restaurant and at the pool were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and clean and the bed was seriously the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in. Loved the pool and we got a great massage at the spa. I think one of the best things about the Andaz is the location. it's literally in the middle of everything and 5 minutes away from the Camelback hiking trail. If you want a smaller hotel, but still want a luxury experience, this is it! We will be returning to the Andaz.

Charlie, Haley, Stephanie, and Nalyita went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this property apart. The design of the hotel is impeccable! The space feels thoughtfully curated, stylish, and uniquely Scottsdale and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable. The food was outstanding. Combined with the beautiful setting and first-class service, it created an unforgettable experience. What truly elevates Andaz Scottsdale, however, is the hospitality. The level of service rivals that of the finest luxury hotels and is genuinely off the charts. Every team member made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. We can’t wait to return!

This is the best spot in Scottsdale if you’re looking for a quiet laid back vacation .. the service overall just top notch ! Amazing people ! Mark thebell attendant wassuper helpful and kind and friendly! Front desk staff and restaurant employees are all amazing! Love this resort !
