Whether it was answering our questions, offering great local recommendations, or just greeting us with a genuine smile every time we passed through the lobby, he truly made our stay stand out. The valet team was also fantastic — always quick, courteous, and upbeat. It really made coming and going a breeze, especially with kids in tow. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, with a stylish modern feel and plenty of cozy touches. The location can’t be beat — walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and the riverfront. "Staff was super friendly, helpful, and amazing. Though you pay for parking it was just across the street and super accessible. There are dining options within the hotel and surrounding it. This location is perfect access to other areas of the city, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay."
