Greeter Falls Lodge Cottage #7
This cottage is located on the Greeter Falls Lodge property, which is 1 mile from the trailhead to Greeter Falls. Our cottages are modern with all the amenities that you need including linens, towels, coffee and full kitchen. In addition, there are many places to fish, kayak, explore and more within a few miles of our place. A great place to stay while attending concerts at the Cavern or other events nearby.
Please note that this cottage is ready to be rented, but is on a shared property with where the Greeter Falls Lodge used to be. The lodge was lost in a tragic fire in January and cleanup has already begun. For now, there are still some remains where that building stood nearby. Important Note: Ladybugs are very common in our region. Certain times a year we do experience some ladybugs inside of homes. Please know that all lady bugs are removed by housekeepers during the cleaning process, but are likely to be back quite quickly in large quantities.

My husband and I had a great stay here for several nights. The cottage was super clean, very well stocked, and a quaint getaway close to hiking trails and waterfalls. Joe was very accommodating, flexible, and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we visit this area in the future.
This is our second time to stay here and both have been great! Such a nice, new, clean, quiet property close to all the hikes we love and music at the close by Caverns! They do a great job of sticking all the essentials and are easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!
This cottage was exactly what I was looking for. Great location for hiking trails. Right off the road. Very clean, very stocked with the basics. At check in, I struggled getting the door unlocked. The property manager stopped and helped me. Super helpful!
I was in town to run the Savage Marathon. The race start/finish was only 10 minutes down the road. This cabin was the perfect place for me. It was a great size, quiet, private, and had everything I needed to cook a few meals and clean up after the race. Stopped by the Greeter Grill after the race and had a great burger and fries. I love camping at Savage Gulf Preserve but this is a perfect option when I’m not feeling up to camping.
The cottage was very nice, super clean, and well stocked for our stay. The communication leading up to our visit was excellent and provided everything we needed for a smooth arrival. Thanks so much and I'm confident we will be back, hopefully for a longer stay next time.
The cabin was the perfect size and location for a weekend exploring Savage Gulf SP and Altamont. And the communication and instructions were the clearest I've ever had with an ABNB. Thanks y'all!
Very cute and clean cottage! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how good it smelled! It was perfect for a little weekend getaway to do some hiking.
Nice little place, beds weren’t very comfortable and a little small for our liking. Floors needed some cleaning when we arrived and the host was very quick to offer us a partial refund on the cleaning fee.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greeter Falls Lodge. It's very close to some beautiful hiking & waterfalls. Would definitely stay again. The place was clean, updated, & well equipped.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the little cabin/tiny house at Greeter Falls Lodge! Had everything we needed and was a wonderful rest, able to go to the Caverns for music at night and go to all the hikes in the area during the day! The bonus was that we were able to bring our dogs along, which was just amazing (and critical for our choosing the Lodge to stay). Appreciate it and recommend it to all!
My stay was great. Property adorable with everything I needed. Clean and close to great hikes. All the way down to a comfy blanket to sit on couch with. (Thanks Joe!…..I might have drank you out of coffee which was an awesome luxury to have). Thanks for the hospitality.

Had to sweep out cottage from hair on floor my black socks had hair sticking to them. The water was on when we arrived dripping so pipes wouldn’t freeze but the next day came back the sink was filling up bathroom sink was fine and had water was told to get heater out of bedroom to open cannot and place heater which didn’t work heater would not go over 68 degrees. Someone came next day while we were gone and dump bleach in kitchen sink didn’t fix so we had to scoop out water and dump in toilet to clear out sink some then top it off we had flee bites or something all over ankles and legs after sitting on couch
The cabin was spectacularly clean, and comfortable. It was a perfect size for the type of trip we had planned. Our contact person provided us with complete info for gaining access !It was a wonderful experience !!!
