"You’ll find this secluded getaway extremely clean. We are full time parents to 5 babes and needed a break. This property was just far enough out of town to be relaxing, but close enough if you need anything. The room was exactly as pictured and we were very surprised at how large of a room and the bathroom were. The scenery was breathtaking with the fog over the river early in the morning and the mountain range and blue skies in the evening. Great, fast, and easy communication. It was everything...

"Slept poorly due to combination of a "smart" thermostat that was apparently determined to blow cold air as much as it could, and blankets that were inadequate to insulate us against the icy breeze. We ended up running the heater, even though autumn temps wouldn't need it, and the darned thermostat ran cold air whenever it wasn't heating. We were just passing through and would have sorted it out with the owners if we weren't pressed for time. Almost certainly, it would have been a fixable...

"The renovation of the location is great. New finishes with an hint to vintage flair. I enjoyed being able to park my vehicle right outside my door. I traveled alone this time but I would have loved to have friends or family with me to enjoy sitting around the fire pit or cooking a meal under the pavilion. There is a feeling of being a part of the side of a Tennessee Mountain. Come and enjoy this hillside bungalow."

"Bluewater Resort has it all. Wonderful clean cottage with full kitchen & all amenities. We rented a boat slip with electric to plug in daily. We were on the water 10 hours a day, the fishing spots are endless. In our many travels throughout TVR, this is the best location. The staff, where do I begin. Rachel is a gem, a bubbly ray of light & a wealth of info! Everyone was beyond friendly. Conversation, fishing tackle, gas & snacks right at the store. Wish we would never have to leave but...
