The room was spotless, the staff were always helpful and on point. Fresh water, tea and coffee each day. A large, quiet room. And a very quaint elevator, retaining the original feel of the building. Breakfast was included for us and it was simple but certainly adequate. Fruit, cereal, toast, muffins, omlettes and a good selection of Indian favourites. We ate dinner in the restaurant a few times. Excellent hotel a few minutes drive to the airport. Good security. Staff were very good but some, especially some porters and restaurant staff were constantly hovering waiting for a tip, which was annoying. Buffet was fine. Pool was well maintained.

As a Melbournian, I had an overnight stay here at the conclusion of an Indian holiday with my flight home the next morning. With the price I paid, I expected a luxurious, comfortable stay and this is exactly what I got. All staff were friendly and assisted with a smooth check-in/check-out process. Had room service, the food was OK. The next morning at breakfast, food was a vast improvement on that, with a wide selection of tasty items available. My stay at holiday inn was very welcoming. For a luxurious hotel the prices are very cheap through this platform. Maheshkar one of the concierge associates is one of the best employees I have ever come across. I picked up the wrong bag from the airport and he instantly sorted it all out for me even after his shift for work has finished. On top of that he wouldn’t except any tips from me. Best hotel we have stayed at in Mumbai. A little noisy as close to the road but excellent service and facilities made up for that. Very good dining..

Location is great if you’re working in Mahape it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Millenium business park. The hotel is modern and clean and the food and service are great. Excellent value for money.
