"1st room they gave us the AC was leaking. The shower and toilet was 1 tiny room. So uncomfortable. 2nd room the cover of the AC was loose, thought it would fall on our head as it was above the bed. Finally the 3rd room was ok..we stayed 4 nights room was only cleaned once. Took 3 rooms for us to get some what comfortable. As id already paid online i couldn't change this hitel. Ive seen other places much cheaper, comfortable and spacious. Dont think id be staying here again."
"A really good located hotel in “Marine Lines”, which means, that you have an easy way to it (Churchgate Station is around). The hotel staff was really good and always did everything for a smooth & relaxing stay.
Only thing that could be better, is that the bathroom needs a renovation.
All in all, I would choose this hotel again because of its value for money, included breakfast and friendly staff."

"It was a wonderful experience felt like home with warm and comfy feeling love the stay so much that Chef Zaayish Bharucha was friendly and my daughter ( Ziya ) loved chef gave her lovely pancakes, Azeem with his extra mile of smile gesture and pleasant hospitality since from the day 1 I stayed in the Taj palace and not forgetting Aditi in Housekeeping department taking care of the guest in the room amenities and service and last but not the least Shuban operation department in the Front office always ready to help and support the team and Guest but I really loved the food and stay I must say chef Zaayish , Azeem, Aditi and Shuban for the wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and come back to stay . "Most comfortable beds, awesome food at Indiana Jones and Vettro. Room service was very accommodating and good. Chef Stefan Chin and Chef Rohan deserve special mention. The Indian breakfast dishes were outstanding.. everytime. Need more gluten free and dairy free choices on the menu. Allergy sufferers don’t have a choice, it’s not a lifestyle choice. "
"Was not a good experience whatsoever, turned up, staff member unhappy even though I had told them I will be coming a different time, no service whatsoever, please note the lift is on the first floor so if you have luggage you have to carry it up a set of stairs and the helpers come after you’ve dragged luggage yourselves

The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms are immaculately clean and the WiFi is the best we have experienced in any of the hotels we have stayed in.
The hotel is well placed for access to the main attractions of Mumbai and for cruise ship passengers.
