"Wow. Taj hospitality at it's best. Great location just outside Cuffe Parade Metro Station. You can go almost anywhere in Mumbai from there. Really quick service. Stayed in 5 star hotels around the world. Can honestly say that this has amongst the most attentive service anywhere. One small issue. Please provide and allow drinks service on the lobby area when entertaining guests. We were told that we had to take our guests into one of the restaurants to prove them with drinks. They were only visiting for half an hour."

"Efficient and courteous staff. A GRAND Lobby welcomes you with a feeling of Indian art and architecture. They have an extensive breakfast buffet spread. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent. A great option near the BKC. The housekeeping staff is accommodating to all your needs."

"Breakfast was chaotic. Not enough tables for the number of guests so we were repeatedly given buzzers and asked to wait in the lobby (where there were no seats). Average wait time 10-15 minutes. Annoying. Otherwise a nice hotel. Big swimming pool and excellent gym."
