"We purchased a package that included one way transportation from the airport. The hotel did not provide the transportation we requested but went over and beyond to make the situation right once we finally arrived. Beautiful hotel, lovely attentive staff and excellent dinner buffet. Room was well appointed and bed was comfortable. We had the opportunity to visit the 9th floor lounge and was very pleased with the vibe and offerings. Only giving four stars because location is challenging. Despite being adjacent the airport it took 30 minutes to get there and return. We would recommend this hotel."

The staff service was excellent. The Duty Manger Shivansh Kansal service was excellent. He was very attentive to all the guests and also made sure that my time at the restaurants was very comfortable and helped me with all my requests. The food was superb and was off very high quality. You could tell the ingredients were of very high quality. The Assistant Front Office Manager Meet Aurora service was very good. He made all my requests were attended to and was very helpful. The Spa Team was very good and there service was excellent. The Spa Manager Rajkumari Prativa Devi service was excellent. She and her team were so accommodating and were always ready to help and gave excellent service. Right from the Massage, Gym and Swimming Pool the experience was very memorable. Special Thanks to Santosh for the great service he had provided at the Spa. His service was excellent. The Lifeguard at the Swimming Pool Razak was very helpful and gave excellent service. Limile gave a very good massage.. The other staff Abhay Dombe, Hmingi, Jessica and W,Khongleh Warden service was also excellent. I had an excellent experience at this hotel and was treated like a Rockstar. I will always remember this experience and will definitely come back to this hotel when I am back in Mumbai for my future visits to Mum"
