"Had a serious bug infestation, could smell they had sprayed Raid before our arrival. Had to place a wet towel on the door to keep the bugs from coming in. Everything else was just fine."

The pool area was pristine and never overcrowded, and having beach gear available saved us so much hassle on our first day. Little touches like that make a huge difference and show how much thought has gone into the guest experience. Communication with the host was seamless — fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful when we had a question about local snorkeling spots.
