Expansive house / property layout ideal for balancing gathering time and privacy time (with four different natural gathering points between dining room, living room, front porch, and poolside). Well-appointed near-industrial-level kitchen can keep up with all the hungry guests. Host was very responsive, as in "within minutes" responsive to questions / requests via text, and genuinely engaged and enthused to have the house serve as the setting for our successful celebration.
