"The property was pretty well cleaned but certainly had some signs of age and had a couple things in disrepair. The window unit air conditioning was only on one side of the property/condo and the other side of the condo got extremely hot even at night. The portable AC unit/swamp cooler in the closet didn't work. Attempts were made to reach the host with voicemails left, but no response was received. Further attempts were made by speaking to the people in the office downstairs, but they were...

"This is not a hotel or motel. You need to slide open the gate in order to enter and leave the property. The grounds keeper was very helpful and a pleasure to visit with. Shared bathroom and very clean."

"The ocean view from the lanai is even better than expected. You can hear the ocean all day and night. We like to walk and it’s a perfect location to be out of the Ka’anapali beach walk busy area but close enough walk to for meals, snorkeling and fun. 17 minute walk to Duke’s, 30 minutes to airport beach for great snorkeling. The condo had everything we needed for light meals, towels, comfortable furniture. Good communication from Gabe. "
