It is in a great location for whatever we were looking to do. The rooms are nice but the studio one is very tight for a family of 4 but we made it work. Our Murphy beds headboard was completely broken. We also kept finding huge dead cockroaches. Yikes.

The property was right next to a beautiful beach and it was overall a great experience. The lobby could use some renovations but the staff and environment was amazing.

We have been coming here for over 11 years.The best resort . in Kannappli. I Do have some issues in the last 3 or 4 years.They have been nickel and diming for lots of things. The prices have gone up alot with food ,bar and just fees. May not come back again. The food and drink are not bettter with the higher cost. I do have a big shout out to a great employee, named Ford. He is the best. Always makes us feel special and like family. Always look forward to seeing him.He makes our vacation always wonderful.

The property is situated nicely between high-end resorts. A lengthy boardwalk is available for miles.

It is located in a nice area with many other resorts.it is safe and secure with easy parking. It has a good balcony where you can watch sunsets. The property maintenance appears a little tardy with broken closet door rollers. But otherwise generally satisfied.
