It’s so nice we had a beautiful stay! The room was big and the bathroom was also a great size for my 2 daughters and I to use while getting ready! Neighborhood felt safe to walk around and explore.

A good hotel in a convenient location (near to Waterloo & Southbank, buses etc.. ). Sky bar has great views. Rooms are modern and spacious. We will stay there again.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The location is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. I treated myself this year to the Junior Sky Suite on the 8th floor, which offered excellent city views, a spacious sitting area and large bathroom with a window! But the absolute BEST is the breakfast buffet. Beautifully set up with so many delicious options- both Spanish/Mediterranean foods and the traditional English breakfast offerings. For me, it is perfection. I would try to reserve a room every time I travel if possible at an H10 just for their outstanding breakfast buffet.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The location at night especially seemed a bit remote, meaning not much foot traffic. It is fairly close to the tube station for travel. The superior classic room was tight for 2 people with two full suitcases. No where to put the second one except on the floor. Limited clothes storage. A fairly quiet room less slamming doors of other travelers. Wicked good air conditioning. Did not eat at the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on that aspect.
