"Brilliant staff-friendly, helpful, excellent food, quantity and quality, plenty of options. We had a twin queen room, massive comfy beds, big room, strange setup bathroom but still clean, could do with a spray air freshener in there though. Not bad location, free parking, rooms very warm. Didn't have dinner in the restaurant so can't comment, but it's the same restaurant for breakfast and that couldn't be better. Breakfast items replenished efficiently. Thank you to the staff for a great stay."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for four days, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. One of the biggest advantages is its location right in the city center. Everything you might need is within walking distance—pubs, cafés, restaurants, shopping stores, a shopping mall, bus stops, the railway station, museums, and even Cardiff Castle. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. From the reception area to the rooms, cleanliness was clearly a top priority. Everything was spotless and had a fresh, pleasant fragrance, which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day out. Housekeeping was consistent and reliable throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, which added to the overall comfort and ease of staying there. The breakfast served each morning was really good, with a satisfying variety to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offers a kitchen menu, allowing guests to order food at other times, which is a great option for added convenience. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Their positive attitude contributed significantly to the overall experience.
