"Great wee place for one or two people. Parking good. Bed comfy. Bathroom works wellNo internet so no tvs working. Internet lights look like it works but doesn’t connect to tvs or my phone. I updated host when I arrived saying property was ideal. Quick response thanking me. ( I hadn’t checked internet this far however)When I messaged to say internet doesn’t work no response until too late - nearly checking out.If internet works, great property, great location."

"In a nutshell, dreadful. Furniture missing or unsafe, lots of things broken or unusable. Exposed wires, NO fire extinguisher, NO smoke alarm or Carbon Monoxide monitor, NO fire blanket in kitchen. Inadequate kitchen tools meaning we couldn't self cater, no glasses, I could go on and on. This property appears to have not been checked by any authority for a very long time. "

"When we arrived the property was very unclean and smelt of wet/rotting trash. We noticed the trash and recycling bins were completely full, we looked closer at the cleanliness of the property and it seems that the only "cleaning" done before we arrived was to change used bedding and towels. The property lists two bathrooms which is inaccurate. It is 1 1/2 bath (2 showers and 1 toilet). The pictures of the upstairs bathroom are taken in a way that makes it seem like there could be a toilet, we...

"Booked this stay with the promise of parking but when we arrived there was no where to stop or park in the street or neigbouring streets. I contacted the owner and was told to park in council parking 17 mins away. A very hostile neigbourhood so had to go and find another last minute stay in next town. No help from Stayz either."

"The neighbourhood was calm, and the host ensured we had paid parking, so we were not worried about where to park whenever we returned from our sightseeing visits. The house was clean, and we loved staying at the property"

"There were a few glitches communicating via Vrbo, but that was corrected. Very close to the famous Caerphilly Castle and the village."

"The property was clean, could to with a bit of a tidy as the sofa had stains on it and some of the light fitting were broken. No frying pan in the property and the front door was difficult to close. Also the shower curtain was mouldy. The property served its purpose and was well located for the city."
