"Fabulous room nice and clean tidy, beautiful bathroom and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on clouds! Towels provided are nice and large and enough provided. The staff are so friendly and welcoming always had a smile on their face, always said hello. Check-in was so easy and checkout also. We likened the downtown atmosphere to the Fremont Street of the U.K. The city center has the train station, shopping, dining and nightlife, all within walking or Uber distance of Novotel. This historic hotel has a great aesthetic, fantastic food, friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again!"
