"The general manager was helpful, but later on in the night when my wife asked for more towels, whoever was on staff that night told her she had to come to the lobby and get the towels herself. And when the staff member gave my wife her towels, they told her that the towels might have hair on them because they were just blow drying their hair back there. All I can say is that it’s hard to get good workers nowadays. But besides the couch being a little dirty it was ok. The bed sheets and bathroom were clean, so that’s all that mattered at the end of the day. "

"Room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay even though I requested it multiple times. When I spoke with the manager her said they are in the process of new ownership and the new owner is unable to be reached as he is out of the country so he is sorry but there is nothing they can do to rectify"
