Beautiful hotel with awesome customer service. I was early for checkin, and the desk attendant allowed me to check in early for free because the wind was severe, so it was quite cold out. I was extremely grateful for that! Not many hotels will do that these days. It showed there are still good and caring people in this world. Highly recommend Magnuson Grand Pikes Peak if you’re in the Manitou Springs area!
