"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked like it should. The ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire three day stay. There were black spots on the blanket which was a little concerning, but the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It’s a little annoying that the king room is set up for a single occupant. One coffee cup, one water cup, one washcloth, etc. we could ask for more but thought it should have had 2 of everything. I understand they are trying to save money, but it’s still bothersome. The staff made up for it. They were all friendly and helpful and we had a good stay."

"A great value. The room was clean and comfortable. The dining room is outstanding - very large, and bright with floor to ceiling windows and a TV that actually had sound on if you were near it. Plenty of reasonably priced snacks in the lobby. The room amenities are minimal - but adequate. Love that the tub was new, no carpet and no tacky comforter - so felt very clean. The continental breakfast was minimal - but I actually preferred the hard boiled eggs to some of the scrambled eggs from a carton. In addition to the large waffles, they also has a waffle maker for 4 small waffles and strawberry, blueberry and maple syrup toppings. No yogurt and only bananas for fruit. But IHOP and Cracker Barrel are right next door. So convenient. And right off of I25."

"It's a good, standard, comfort inn. Beds were clean and soft. The staff was all really nice and helpful. You can tell the property could use a bit more love, but that's pretty on par with most hotels anymore. The breakfast was fine - rehydrated eggs, luke-warm potatoes, cereals, toast, and make your own waffles. The cinnamon waffle was the winner. Do yourself a favor and ask to stay away from the elevator :)"
