"We had an amazing stay and were one of the closest homes to the park. House is very remote and secluded - I considered this a plus as we weren’t looking to go out to dinner, etc. Be sure to do your grocery shopping in Alamosa prior to arrival. Barb was super responsive and the home was clean and spacious. The back porch has perfect views of the mountains and sand dunes and the night sky is breathtaking with no light pollution! I highly recommend this if your looking for a quiet spot to get away...

"I loved the location of this apartment! It waa so bice being walking distance from the downtown area and across the street from a nice little bar/pub/coffee shop. Very clean, good appliances, good water pressure, nice furniture, excellent wifi!, yep it was great! I'll stay here again."

"We needed a place to stay during Adams State graduation, and this was perfect. The house is beautiful, well cared for. I always appreciate when VRBO owners take great care of their properties-it is such a treat to feel like we are in a home away from home. Also, the two livingroom spaces worked out well for various activities. Close to all Alamosa shops/restaurants. Would detinitely stay here again."

"Super neat concept! The yurt was decorated beautifully and stocked very well. Bathroom facility was prestine. The communal kitchen was fantastic. And the movie on the big screen was such a fun time and super impressed by how clear and projecting the speakers are when in front of the screen, but not a problem when in the yurt. This was the closest fun accommodation I could find that was reasonably priced near the Sand Dunes, glad we took this option! "

"Everyone at the front desk was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the area. They answered all my questions and made suggestions of what to places to visit. However, I must say, that the ladies in the dining area were exceptional! They made sure my fiancé and I had everything we needed, and were also attentive. Those 2 ladies deserve a raise or a bonus! 👍"
