"Very small bathroom. No microwave. Room looked like I paid 50 dollars a night. Socket outlets was located in bad areas of the room so walk with extension cords. Light fixtures were horrible. The bathroom had a sharp edged metal stand for the soap and shampoo that cut my arm. I just wanted to be by the beach and restaurants so I made it work. I wont recommend. "

"Stayed 3 nights. Room was not made up for 3d night. Phone did not work. One lamp did not work. Elevator did not work so had to lug luggage up several stair flights. Dingy musty carpet in stairs. Good location though and restaurant was good. "

"Our first time here and our stay was good. Valet parking only. Valet staff were okay. Arrival was great, departure not so much. Ordered the car from the text message, as requested, and it took forever for them to bring the car around. The front desk staff were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. Beach attendants were good. They setup the chairs and umbrellas for six of us, and checked on us throughout our time on the beach. The outside bar by the pool served great drinks and food. Service was a little slow, but they were busy. Elevators are very small. They could barely fit 4 people with luggage. Our room was very clean. A little small, but we had a great view of the pool and the beach. Bathroom was very small. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Food was delicious. Dinner was mostly Tapas…so good. Breakfast was good as well. Service was a little slow. If you are in a hurry keep that on mind. Bartender at the inside bar was just okay. Cocktail waitress was great. We stopped by before dinner, and then again for a nightcap, after strolling around and checking out other places along Collins Ave. Overall, we had a good experience, and would likely stay here again if we ever get to South Beach in the future."

"I paid for an ocean view room and ended up getting a partial view. I asked the front desk and they couldn't give me a expiation between open view, front view, side view. For what I paid, I was expecting a bigger room and better view. I was completely disappointed. I'll never come back to this Hotel."

"The convenience of the Albion Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and the Lincoln Road shopping strip. The room was comfortable and the staff cleaned it daily; very well. The breakfast was not included with our stay but was very good nonetheless. Our only complaints was that the pool was still under maintenance, but it was mentioned on the website; and we were somewhat surprised by a regular room, when our booking stated that a balcony and sofa would be part of our reservation. We didn’t make an issue of it because all of South Beach was already booked. In fact, we talked to a guest who had checked out and had to come back because he could not find another room. So, all in all, our stay was pleasant. When we go to the beach, we typically go to spend time outside in the sun anyway. "

"Everything was nice. However, I was told from the beginning of my stay that if I ate dinner at the combined restaurant, I would get 50% off. However, when I ate, it was only 15% off. I was not the only one that had that same issue throughout the night I was there. "

"My room was corner! There is no view! Broken blinds! ! I do love the area hotel is located! Staff was so so on service! I had high expectation for this property! Kind of disappointed 😞 ty"
