Good value for room size. Great Locations in Collins park. Rooftop pool was closed. Would've appreciated more transparency on that closure prior to arrival but alternate rooftop pool access at sister property was offered. Furniture Layout in King suite needed some tweeking by us and the bed blocked some access to the bathroom door. But all in all a nice stay.

The property is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent—very central and just a short walk from the beach. There is also a restaurant on the property that serves excellent food, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was the pool area. The hotel has two pools, and the one located at the corner building was very dirty and clearly needed better maintenance. That was the only disappointing part of an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, comfortable rooms, and great restaurant.

The staff were nice. The domestic that cleaned my room did not take out the rubbish in my room and there were rubbish on the floor. My room was not cleaned the domestic only made the bed and did not bother with other things in the room. The glass I used the previous day was left unwashed, the toilet and sink in the room were not cleaned. I had to complain to the front desk before somebody came to clean the whole room I won’t be going back there again
