"Super clean room."

"The location is excellent, and the staff are very helpful. That said, the room design prioritizes style over function. The bunny chair is cute, but in a small room it serves little purpose. Although the room accommodates two people, only one side of the bed has a nightstand. The bunny chair seems intended as a substitute, but its uneven surface can’t even hold a glass of water. The bathroom has similar issues. The sink is too small and shallow, so water splashes everywhere and the floor stays wet. The shower is separated only by a curtain, which does little to keep the water contained. The hallway is too dark. Lighting Lis the problem. They charge about £15-20 ( don’t remember exactly, but it’s a lot) for store a luggage if you arrive early than check in time. That’s a rubbery! With such a great location, this property could be much better. The overall experience feels like an elevator that almost reaches the top floor but stops one level short—close to being great, yet missing some important practical details."

"The hotel is ideally placed and the rooms are very comfortable. Hotel reception and breakfast staff very friendly and helpful and we got a warm welcome when checking in. However, our 3 day stay was spoiled by 2 fire alarms - one at 0630hrs (disturbed nights sleep) the day after we arrived and then another the day after at around 0930hrs. Obviously, on both occasions, we evacuated the hotel as expected but there was no coordination from the staff telling us what was going on or when we could go back in. The alarms stopped and everybody didn’t know whether it was safe or not but everybody just started wandering back in without any reassurances which we thought was poorly managed. Apparently they were false alarms. I’m assuming that we were just unlucky."

We did not get the opportunity to eat dinner thete but seeing as it was Hell's Kitchen" I'm sure it was probably good Location was perfect The one thing I didn't like was the bathroom Went to take a shower and thete was only one towel and face cloth for two people Also the only place to hang the towel was high over the toilet Not great if you're short"

"We enjoyed the option to save money with one of their smaller (well, tiny) rooms since we weren't planning to spend any time in them except to sleep. The hotel itself was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go -- within easy walking distance to the Palace Theatre and His Majesty's Theatre -- and for general exploring and pub hopping. We only had breakfast twice in their main restaurant, but ended up almost every night for a pint in their Joe Allen restaurant."

"We stayed in early June and enjoyed the hotel and our room. Great things to know: The staff was lovely and helpful. The location is an easy, short walk from Piccadilly Circus (even with luggage). The Piccadilly underground line goes straight to Heathrow Airport - there is no need to take a taxi or other transport. You also can get a short, direct underground to St. Pancras station if taking the Eurostar trains. The surrounding area is active, with lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping right there. China Town is a block away. It is in the middle of the West End theaters. It is a 10 minute walk from Trafalgar Square. There is AC, a small elevator, comfortable bedding and nice room finishes. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the street, and it was quiet. The only ding I can add is that (in our room) there were no outlets at the bedside, so I had to get up to turn off my phone alarm - not the worst thing. We would happily stay there again."
