"Room was noisy and very light all night, there was no ability to shut off the bathroom and no blinds in the bathroom to keep out the light and noise."

"Amazing location! Literally sleeping next to the Theatre in Piccadilly!!! 😊. We booked the hotel to watch Les Mis which was absolutely incredible if you are thinking about a theatre trip. Easy check in. There was staff there to help with any hiccups. Friendly staff. Clean entrance with a few seats to charge phones etc. There was a really nice gym, not sure if you had to pay extra. Cafe area and more seating and work areas. Heads up, bag storage is £15 per suitcase and early check in £ 40. Room was super clean and very simple. No hairdryers or any frills but that's fine for what we wanted. Check out easy. Beautiful Japanese restaurant opposite called Shoryu . We had a fab time! "

"Great location, walking distance to everything! I loved the location. The rooms were exactly as described. One thing to note was that I felt that the walls were thin and I could hear everything outside the door. Other than that, I loved it and would stay again. "
