"The best thing about the place is central location and absolutely lovely and welcoming staff in addition to crisp clean bed linen. I'd like to commend Mina who worked at the reception upon my arrival and the gentleman who was very friendly when checking out the next day, but that's about it. Due to being extremely busy on the booking day, I unfortunately hadn't checked what capsule stay meant. No luggage storage for free, no room for shoes, you can only dress lying down. If I had checked it out, I'd have never booked it. I was hooked on central location and given the fact that I booked in a haste without checking, I made a huge mistake. I would never stay again and will not recommend it to travellers who want a normal stay at a hotel. Curiosity in this case literally killed the cat. A place that cannot offer luggage storage free of charge for the stay, which is short anyway, and where everything comes at extra cost is not a reasonable option. That way I spent an extra 30 pounds on luggage storage. With that amount I could have booked the other Zedwel hotel, but this was a non-refundable option and I only checked the hotel out when it was too late to cancel. Not to mention the air-conditioning that has to be on all night. Have you considered carbon footprint and consumption of energy? Perhaps it is a good option for people who just have to stay one night after partying in London but it is definitely not for business or serious travellers. "

"Stayed overnight before catching a Eurostar to Brussels. My single room was a decent size. A little hot, however the window opened. Would stay again if needs be."

"The hotel was conveniently placed for main tube links and attractions. The room was clean with lots of storage space. The shower was good with hot water and good pressure. There was no air conditioning and even with radiator turned of the room was uncomfortably warm making sleeping problematic. The girl wanted to charge £10 per item to store luggage which I found unacceptable especially as we only needed it for an hour prior to check in"
