"This hotel was comfortable and very close to two tube stations and had all the convenience of being near Trafalgar Square. So many places only a short walk away. The floor in our room was comically squeaky but the hotel had an old charm with character. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. "
"I thought the experience was very unique and I think it’s a large leap forward. In the way we we travel and find places to stay. I personally have no need for an entire room all to myself and the capsule was a breath of fresh air to sleep in I think I spent Max 20 minutes other than to sleep right in the capsule area and the shower area overall was a great time and I appreciate a Z well pioneering with this concept and finding creative ways to bring people closer together. It’s a great way to network that’s for sure."
"Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The hotel was experiencing a leaking roof that was coming through to the lobby but the situation was being handled with little disruption to the guest "
"The whole process was smooth from checking in till checking out. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Easy walking distance for most places. Couldn’t fault the place for the 2 nights we were there."
"Staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived very early and they went out of their way to get us into an available room so we could shower and freshen up after the flight from Australia. Doorman, porters, reception and concierge were all incredible.
Room was beautiful and quiet, even being next to the elevator. Small gifts left by housekeeping were so sweet as well.
Location is perfect - two blocks from Oxford Circus station, local area very walkable.
We had the best time; sad to have left!"
"Beautiful hotel located on Leicester Square. Very elegant and clean rooms and drinking areas. The staff are really friendly and added to my pleasant stay. I would love to stay again! "
