Incredibly delicious breakfast buffett with fresh fruit, croissants, rolls, bakery, fruit, eggs, bacon, cereal, desserts and more. Wonderful staff and the rooms are impeccably clean. Quiet small community of Guidecca at night with restaurants, bars, coffee shops. We visited San Marco during the day and spent nights in Guidecca. Boat ride is 10 minutes. I have business 2X a year in Venice...

"We absolutely loved our stay at NH Collection Murano. The staff was warm and the property is beautiful with seating areas and gorgeous views all around from our terrace and the main one above the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. We also enjoyed being away from Venice. The shuttle is convenient but the taxi is even faster. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! "

"It was a beautiful property. The rooms were large with high ceilings and a beautiful granite bathroom. The property itself was beautiful with lush foliage, pool and views of Venice. The staff are the nicest people. "

"It is frustrating that the actual accomodation is cloaked in secrecy, in spite of specific enquiries, until arrival. So it’s basically lucky dip. We were allocated 1 of 3 rooms in a renovated property. I think it was called Casa della Merlettaia. Whilst the bedroom and bathroom were lovely, access to our room was up a very steep, narrow flight of stairs. We found it tedious to manoeuvre our heavy cases up and down.
