"It was great to see the antiques in Venice - without living in one! Neil's apartment was built in 2003 so everything is modern and works properly. Great location! We were always happy to get back to the apartment. It's away from the crowds, on a small canal and very relaxing. This apartment is on the island of Giudecca, south of the main group of islands that make up central Venice. "It was our first Venice trip, and we are so happy we booked this place, amazing experience, beautiful island. 20 mins boat to Venice Mainland, and the boats run every 45 min. The hotel staff is very friendly. Food is fresh from the local farms. Highly recommend it!"

Also was able to add my gold membership and they gave us all the amenities that comes with it. Fabulous breakfasts! Incredible service. "This hotel is really far from the city, in vaporetto is like a 15 min ride to the St. Mark Plaza. But is really nice and relaxing place away from the noisy city. when we got there they inform us the bar was open til 12 but on two separate occasions they told us they were close and it was like 8pm. The men in charge (manager I assume) was really nice but the lady in the 'cafe' was really mean and rude towards her own employees which I really dislike. She yelled at them in front of us....
