"We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage. It was very clean, had all necessary supplies, and was beautifully decorated. The surrounding area can be a bit sketchy so we did not stray much from the main strip. Bryanna was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We’ll definitely book here again if we’re in the area!"
"Wonderful little duplex property within a short walk to Colorado Avenue in the historic old Colorado city district. 2 miles from Garden of the gods. Great location. The property is duplex style and the deck is on the front of the house. The backyard patio is very tiny and we did not use that at all. It was a great place to stay for our week as our command post and we day trip from there every day. Our favorite restaurant is a four minute walk away and that is the Italian restaurant named Pavacinis."
"This B&B is excellent. The Staff is very friendly and helpful with knowing the area. The breakfast’s were so delicious and accommodating to special diet needs. The house itself is beautiful and location is wonderful. Highly recommend and can’t wait to get back there. Love this place! "
"This was a great little place for my husband and I to stay. Small, but enough space for both of us. We loved how close it was to Garden of the Gods, Pike's peak, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, etc. Property was very clean and had all the basics. We were looking for a clean, simple, close by place and this was definitely it..Only kinda odd thing was the actual "compound" it was on. It was basically someones private property with a junkyard on it and some rentals lol. There were crashed and broken down vehicles all over the property with random people working on them and moving them around. Didn't off putting to some.bother us but i can see how that might be "
"We absolutely loved the Red Rock Roost! The tiny home charm was exactly what we were looking for and the rental was so close to mountain views and activities! Very clean, accommodating and affordable. Communication with the host was very fast and easy. The only thing we had issues with were the shower curtain and queen-sized bed. Shower curtain had a little trouble keeping water in the shower, but the host provided ample enough towels for us to keep it dry. The washer/dryer provided also helped with drying the towels out. I did not have the same issue with the king-sized bed, but my sister thought the queen-sized bed was stiff (I personally just think she is a little too high maintenance, but still worth noting nonetheless). Other than that, our stay was perfect! I would love to stay at this cute little oasis again! Thank you, Red Rock Roost!"
