Very nice hotel! Great part of town! Clean, friendly staff, easy to access from the main drag of Manitou Springs. It has a river/stream that runs behind it & over that is a playground, pickleball courts & a walking trail. We enjoyed ourselves very much here & would return for sure!

My wife and I have stayed in a number of hotels and rental houses in Manitou Springs and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites was by far the nicest. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable with a large amount of counter space. The amenities are great: Large indoor pool and hot tub, nice workout facility and a fantastic hot buffet breakfast every morning. Good location; just a mile from downtown. This place will be our new home away from home whenever we visit Manitou Springs.

Stayed here while attending a conference at Glen Eyrie. The place was well-lit at night and the room was clean and beautiful! Really appreciated the hot and convenient breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel is very well-maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast served is very good. The only improvement I would suggest is adding some privacy to the indoor pool and jacuzzi area. Currently, people walking by can easily look in through the clear glass walls. While I know this is common for open outdoor pools and might not bother everyone, I expected a bit more privacy given that it is an indoor setup. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!
