"We will be going back to this hotel. Even though location was in a little bit of a shady area, it felt safe to walk to 16th St Mall. The security was good, had to use room key to go up and down on elevator. Parking was NOT good, had to register online to get a cheap rate and park 2 blocks away. Front desk service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Room and bathroom were super clean and modern. TV and all other equipment/electronics worked! Breakfast had very good choices. Only...

"It was for my birthday. We stood on the 11th floor. We didn't have a view because of the construction. The neighbors were quite loud. We played in the casino and then slept in. It was overall a good stay. "

"The place is great - but very large - we were on the wing furthest away from Gondola Square - so quite a walk to get to the ski area - fortunately there is ski storage right at the mountain base so no need to carry all the gear. Great spot overall."
