"Our room was upstairs and it was easy to hear people when they were outside on the 1st level. The mountain view was beautiful!!! The hosts gave us wonderful goody-bags full of snacks upon arrival. They were very friendly and helpful when we needed anything."

"Great location, very clean, excellent communication. The property had every thing we needed for a very relaxing vacation. The kitchen had dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a Keurig with pods. The bathrooms had extras in case we forgot anything. The beds were very comfortable and the towels smelled nice. We walked to the restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again."

"This was our first Vrbo experience - we stayed for 11 days - and I don't think it could have gone any better. The host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the property was as-advertised. It's not a luxury house - we didn't pay for that - but it was very functional and clean.This 3 bed, 2 bath split floor plan was great for our party. It had parking, a fully functional kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, forks, towels - everything you need. It's great because there's a bedroom suite downstairs with a small living room so one couple can have their own level while there are two more bedrooms, a bath and the kitchen upstairs. The location is a MAJOR selling point - just a block to Old Colorado City/Colorado Ave. where there are many shops and excellent unique restaurants to be found. It was so amazingly convenient to hiking trails, Manitou Springs, downtown and most everything else that we couldn't have chosen a better location. I could go on raving about this property but it's the host that I need to mention with my last paragraph. The true measure is not when everything goes right but when something goes wrong. One day we had no hot water - the pilot light on the furnace went out. We tried to light it but it wouldn't catch for us. So I reached out to the host and she responded IMMEDIATELY and had "her guy" out there within an hour to light the pilot light again. You couldn't ask for anything more from a host. A"

"I was delighted with this home. It is stylish, immaculate, and private. The interior is very cozy with just the right amount of space for two people. The bed is very comfortable with a quality mattress. Our host left a great selection of snacks and treats as well as a few frozen food selections in the freezer which is really above and beyond. We didn’t end up using the kitchen because there are several amazing restaurants within walking distance of the Trolley, but it looked like the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The location of the Trolley is optimal, near both a fun and interesting main street and amazing outdoor hiking trails. It is also bordered on one side by a large park so, even though it is a quarter mile from the center of town, the property is very quiet. It is very close to the Garden of the Gods and we went for an evening hike and hardly saw anyone else on the trails. There is private parking available right behind the house which was very convenient. The only thing that we didn’t like were the exterior lights from the church across the street that stayed on all night. There are blinds on the windows, but light still came through. Overall, I loved our stay at the Trolley and I would definitely recommend it to couples who are exploring Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods."
