"Clean and well maintained."

"Very impressed with cleanliness. Great cabin.the only thing that I would change is a handrail on the right side of the stairs. I have some mobility issues with my Left arm and leg and nothing to hold on to with my good hand on the right. My fault for not checking. LoL😊 beautiful large rug under the dining table but the chairs get caught and do not go back very well. Almost took my husband down! LoL 😆 overall great place . Would highly recommend."

"Overall the stay was great! Great location and great views! Wish we could have had a fire. However, fireplaces are not allowed to be operated. We stay in cabins 10-15 times a year and fires are a staple of our stay as a family. Therefore, this was our only letdown. Overall great stay!"

"The cabin is beautiful and so well furnished! We especially appreciated the deck and the awesome view. We spent a good bit of time sitting outside, making use of the comfortable deck furniture, even the fire table on our last night, which was cool! The kitchen was very well appointed with nice appliances and cooking tools/dishes. You’ll want to take food with you on the way in…we did and were glad not to have to trek out to the store often. "Beautiful area of TN with rolling hills and just far enough from a town for a perfect getaway. Easy enough to get to the water, ample state parks near by, and cozy home. The house had everything we needed for a little family getaway! Neighbors were kind and even our dogs enjoyed their stay! 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to getaway from reality for a couple days (and still have WiFi for the kiddos if need be.)"

"This was a great getaway spot for my boys and I. Plenty of room for the four of us. As the description of the place says, I highly suggest a high profile vehicle. I am thankful I have a Tahoe, because I would imagine taking a low sitting car up the road that goes right to the house, would not be a good idea. We ventured into Nashville one day and into Cookeville. Plenty of cookware. There was even an electric griddle that I used to make pancakes on. We sleep with box fans for white noise. They...

"We chose Blackberry Hill because, with a strenuous hike, the lake was accessible! Now, you do have to turn and hike down levels once you reach the end of the steps, but there is a great rock ledge. We navigated down with kayaks, fishing poles and a paddle board, and a 5 and 2 year old!!! But once we got to the water, it was incredible! If you want to get to the water on Centerhill lake, I recommend Blackberry Hill!"
