We stayed for a quick overnight so can't give much of a detailed review - but the staff that checked us in were absolutely lovely and our room was clean and cozy. If we ever pass through again I'll be booking here!

The staff is terrific, very nice, and very helpful. More towels, more coffee, a blanket, anything, just ask. The property is centrally located, near all the good restaurants, Walmart, and Sam's Club. Interstate 40 is just two blocks down the street. We stay here with our service dog every time we're in Tennessee visiting relatives. It's a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, the TV has soooo many channels, the parking lot is well-lit, and breakfast is served 6am to 9am. There's a Mexican restaurant right on the same property. You can walk right into it a few steps from your room. I highly recommend the terrific Best Western Thunderbird Motel. You won't be disappointed!

One night stay late September. Convenient location within easy/ moderate walking distance of several restaurants and fast food joints. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast usual selection of cold and hot offerings, no complaints. Hotel and room acceptably clean, no bugs seen, bedding and other linens clean. Had a good quiet night's sleep. Negatives were the lobby absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and our non-smoking room had a noticeable pot smell. Would stay again if back in area and better rated/ more affordable options not available.

This is an old school MCM motel, which has rooms that open on to the parking lot. The rooms are a bit noisier due to that, but overall they are nicely decorated and very clean. Parking is literally right outside the door! Mexican restaurant on site was great.
