The only con of this unit was it rained heavily for 2 days and the area to the walkway was lacking in drainage grates or pipes and was ankle deep with water. if you didn't mind walking thru water to your ankles to enter the unit, it was no problem. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because of the workout/health facilities that were supposed to be available. Upon arrival, we discovered they were closed indefinitely. Our confirmation email also gave us conflicting information regarding hours and procedures it seemed no one could give us a straight answer to resolve these issues...
