"This hotel was great, and the price was just right. Everything was clean and well kept. It would be nice if the breakfast had more vegetarian friendly options, but that’s typical with most hotels."

"Everything was good, except there is no breakfast! As much as you pay for a room (at any hotel) breakfast should be included. I will never stay here again based on that alone. Other than that it was good. "

"The staff at this location is what made it so wonderful especially the Tuesday morning staff. I almost missed breakfast coming down about 10 minutes to 9 and she made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant to chat with and the tip on the strawberry cream cheese made my day. You have great staff, do whatever you need to retain them. I will be back next time as we come to this area 3x a year."

"We found your lake house to be the perfect amount of space, and in a great location for our family Christmas. The home is spacious and the kids could play in the basement without the adults hearing much in the main living space. The location was quiet, with a beautiful lake view and we found the nearby town of Sparta to have cute downtown shopping and boutiques. We also enjoyed hiking at Burgess Falls and a day trip into Nashville. We were thrilled to have a Christmas tree there for us to use and found the host friendly and responsive. The hot tub was well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. Highly recommend this house for either multiple couples or a family with children. We had 13 and were very comfortable with bathroom and bedroom layouts and would love to return in the summertime and do some boating!"
