"Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and met all our needs. The under-bed storage made it easy to store our luggage. The staff were very helpful, kind, and respectful, and clean towels and bathroom amenities were provided daily. Limousine bus (fto and from Haneda) dropped us off and picked us up literally a few steps away from the hotel! GREAT LOCATION!!!"

"The location is good, near to a lot of late-night eating spots. The room and toilet is quite big for Japan standards, it's closer to a Western hotel room size. I like the fact that the room temperature is individually controlled so I can choose to turn on the air-con despite it being cold outside. There is also a water dispensing machine on every level and a massage chair in the "social room" on the 13th floor. The staff I talked to all speak English very well. Particularly, a friendly female staff was nice enough to allow me late checkout till 1pm for no extra charge, a simple gesture that makes me want to stay there again."
