What a gem! A fabulous hotel with wonderful amenities. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. We loved the massage chairs. So helpful after long travel. Great location, easy to get to the train. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

"Absolutely unique experience. If you want a fancy western style hotel, don’t stay here. If you want to have a genuinely Japanese experience, in an absolutely stunning area with some of the best snow I have seen in my lifetime, then add Kumanoyo to your list. Personally, I loved this place."
