"The room is very modern. There’s a shower and bathtub. Normally the shower is in the tub but Indigo has the shower next to the tub. The amenities (shampoo, conditioner and body wash is set between the shower and tub. It’s great for the shower but inconvenient for the tub. The toilet is unique. The lid opens when you’re walking into the room. It also closes by itself. The bed was comfortable. The room also had a sofa a table. Two bottles of water were provided. There’s a button to indicate service required or don’t disturb."

"The location is brilliant, a 5-7min walk to the station (which is like a maze) and it’s a bit of quiet away from the absolute craziness of Shibuya. The room was comfortable, we slept well and amazingly you couldn’t hear any noise. Housekeeping was great as were amenities in the suite. The maintenance was a bit off - a few broken light bulbs and broken cupboard door. Reception was hit and miss, one particularly grumpy chap bur mostly everyone else was really nice Free water in room and in reception was great Missed digital tv / English speaking channels The kettle took 20mins to boil"

"Clean room, great staff, laundry facilities (but the dryer took forever). AC was on, the room was a tad warm for my liking. Area was extremely close to Shibuya scramble and the core tourist area. Enjoyed our stay, will return. "

"Right in the heart of shibuya super accessible to everything. Got a room with a double bed and was surprised how big it was after hearing how small rooms are in Tokyo. Had lots of space for two people."

"We travel to Japan to celebrate our daughter's fifteen birthday. We arrived early so they offered a rest area to freshen up until the room was available. When we got to our room we found a birthday card on the table with some pastries. It was a very nice detail.The room was immaculate and also we got views of the Tokyo tower. Staff was very helpful even guiding my daughter to the breakfast buffet to explain allergen foods since she's allergic to nuts.They also have a lounge area stocked with japanese sweets,ice cream,coffee, and souvenirs.In addition, they offered free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, etc.) Also, there's a resting area and tucked in the corner a very quiet space where you have to take your shoes off. It is five minutes from Shibuya crossing and all of the shops and restaurants."

"Friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out! I forgot something in the safe when I left and they were able to accommodate a pick up by some friends of mine who were still in Tokyo. Cute spot, quiet, walkable, and a coffee shop on the first floor."
