"Great hotel for our 3-day stay in Tokyo. As Canadians, it was helpful to have a front desk staff who spoke English and we’re quite helpful to arrange taxis, transport our bags to the next city, and give us tips for were to eat when we arrived late the first night. Room was bright, clean and well setup. In-room laundry was really nice, and the girls liked the pool too. Oh - and the beds and pillows are excellent. You’ll enjoy this place for a family stay."

"This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus.
