Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer mit (in unserem Fall) Blick auf Shibuya Sky, sehr gute zentrale Lage. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern keinerlei Lärm der Straße. Alles sehr ordentlich und korrekt und gastfreundlich. Alles was man braucht zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte gleich nebenan. Restaurants, Bars usw. und auch der Bahnhof nur ein paar Minuten weg. Wir kommen gern wieder ;-)

This hotel is a little far from the station (about a 10 minute walk), which is fine when you're not hauling luggage with you. The room was perfectly adequate, but they do seem to use a lot of air freshener in the hallways (to the point that it was a little suffocating). Most of the staff are not Japanese, but they speak English! Otherwise, it's located in a great area of Shibuya with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and konbini near by!

Perfectly connected and central to Shibuya. I liked how it is slightly removed from the craziness of the Shibuya crossing. The room is exactly as described. On the smaller side but perfect for solo travel

This was my second time staying here in 2 years. Overall Location was great, close to major spots and transportation without feeling overwhelming, Staff was friendly and helpful and luggage storage and forwarding was efficient, convenient and secured. Our first stay in Oct 2024 was good, only issue was the thermostat was wonky- it would not cool and felt very humid. In Nov 25 the room was good sized but the toilet was not securely fastened to floor so an odor would escape. and there was a mystery brown stain splatter on the curtains next to the toilet. Under t he beds are NOT cleaned. Inches of dust and i found someone else socks and debris/receipts dated months ago. Overall I would stay again- you get what you pay for.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. Housekeeping did a great job throughout the stay. The location was perfect, convenient and close to restaurants, shops. The hotel facilities were well kept, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, this time's experience wasn't that great. The room was extremely dusty. You could see the dust flying in the room. The aircon itself was dirty and the space underneath the bed was also dusty too. So other than convenience, the stay was not ideal

There are also a lot of dining and shopping options surrounding the hotel. The hotel staff are warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Our room was always clean, and towels are replenished daily.

CONDOM WRAPPER IN THE BED!!! I had booked 2 rooms for 10 days. We arrived at 10pm and with in 2 hours checked out!!! It was horrible. First off there was no hot water to the entire hotel. There were multiple guest complaining in the lobby when I first went down. The staff said they were working on it but no idea when it would be working. I said ok if it’s working by morning I could deal with it. But the real kicker was when my wife pulled back the sheets there was a CONDOM WRAPPER in our bed, at that point I was DONE!!! I checked out myself, wife, and Mother immediately at midnight and had to find a new place while lugging out suitcases through Tokyo in the middle of the night. Expedia was great and got me a full refund. It’s also in a very loud club area and the bathrooms smelled like sewer. I highly reccommend staying away from this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect, you’re right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and transport all within easy reach. Like many hotels in Japan, the room can feel a bit compact, especially if you have large luggage, as there isn’t much space to open your suitcases comfortably. The staff were genuinely amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, they went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted quickly. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was unfortunately the weakest connection I experienced during my entire trip, hardly works. If you plan to stay here, I’d recommend ensuring you have mobile data ready, especially if you rely on a stable internet connection.
