The staff were extremely nice and helpful! The property and room were very clean and well maintained - and added bonus was their lobby was open almost all day with the exception of their breakfast buffet that required an additional fee. The lobby had drinks and was nice to sit at at the end of the day. Lawson’s is right across the street, and the location was overall decent. It’s about a 10 min walk to Sensoji temple and short walks to bus stops and subway lines.

Room needed upgraded with torn and patched up wallpaper. Skirting dirty and broke and bathroom small and tired looking. Sadly, would not book here again. The area is handy for Shinjuku.
