"5 star , beautiful hotel and staff were amazing already booked our next stay next month , would highly recommend and location is amazing for all the sights and being in the centre of Bath . Room was beautiful . "

"Breakfast was made fresh and delicious. Room was small by US standards, but this isn't the US, so I can only assume it's typical. Clean rooms and great staff! No power outlets for the beds, which I found odd, but they were close."

"Clean room, spacious, good bed and linens, walk in shower. On site parking a plus though spaces tight owing to pillars and preponderance of large cars. Breakfast very basic and not particularly appetising. Too few staff and minimal effort to welcome and explain available choices. Check out day rushed owing to a planned power outage."
